What is the FITBODY Rewards Program?
We have launched the FITBODY Rewards Program to say THANK YOU to our loyal customers for your support and to give you free product for future purchases!
Our Rewards Program is as simple as it sounds.
While shopping at the FITBODY shop you will earn Reward Points for every dollar you spend on products or services. Once earned, you'll be able to use those points toward Gift Certificates to be used on future purchases.
How does the Program work?
When an order is placed, the total amount of the order will be used to calculate the amount of points earned. These points are added to your FITBODY shop account as points earned and can be redeemed for gift certificates in varying denominations.
In order to earn rewards points, you must be logged in while placing your order.
Do Reward Points expire?
Reward Points do not expire and can be accumulated until you decide to use them.
You must log in to your account in order to view the status of your Reward Points.
Points and Values
It's simple, for every $1 you spend on select products & services, you will receive 1 FITBODY reward point.
Redeeming Reward Points
You must be logged in in order to see your FITBODY Rewards Points.
From the "My Account" tab you will find "My Rewards" to see your rewards point balance.
Click the "REDEEM" tab and proceed to the Gift Certificate redemption page.
Choose the denomination which you would prefer and click "REDEEM" under the points amount.
You will receive an email with your Gift Certificate number - this number will also be stored on your "My Account" page.
To use your FITBODY Shop Gift Certificate simply enter the Gift Certificate number in the coupon code section at your next check out.
Will I earn points for discounted products?
Yes. When calculating the amount of Reward Points earned, all discounted items are included. Reward Points will be awarded for the discounted price.
Products Restrictions
Some restrictions may apply. See each product/service to determine point values.
Conditions of Use
• Reward Points are only available to registered JulieLohre.com members.
• Reward Points do not apply for previously placed orders or orders placed without being logged into the system.
• Reward Points have no cash value and cannot be transferred between members.
• Reward Points are non-transferable or exchangeable for cash under any circumstances.
• Reward Points will be recalled for any returned items or cancelled order.
• When using your FITBODY Gift Certificate, you may still have to select another payment method if there is not enough money through the Gift Certificates to cover the cost of your purchase.
• When calculating the amount of Reward Points earned, shipping fees and taxes are excluded.
• The FITBODY rewards program has no pre-determined termination date and may continue until such time as JulieLohre.com in its sole discretion, elects to designate rewards program termination date. JulieLohre.com has the right to end this program at anytime without providing written notice. All unrewarded points shall automatically expire upon program termination.
