Credit Cards We accept the following credit cards: Visa, MasterCard, and Discover. There is no surcharge for using your credit card to make purchases. Please be sure to provide your exact billing address and telephone number (i.e. the address and phone number your credit card bank has on file for you). Incorrect information will cause a delay in processing your order. Your credit card will be billed upon purchase of your order. All currency of transactions are in US Dollars.

How do I take advantage of FREE Shipping?

1. Place at least $150 of products in your Shopping Cart.

2. Proceed to checkout.

3. Ship your items to a single U.S. address.

4. Select free shipping if not automatically selected.

5. Place your order, and enjoy the free shipping!

You will not receive FREE Shipping on your order if any eligible items are cancelled, bringing the total below $150. Online Training, Camps and other non product related items do not apply to orders.

We reserve the right to change or discontinue FREE Shipping at any time.

Shipping

All packages are shipped out via USPS and come out of Kentucky.

For Standard Shipping, your order will be processed within 2-3 days and should arrive to you in 4-14 days.
For Expedited Handling & Priority Shipping, then you order will be processed within 1-2 days and should arrive to you within 2-7 days.
For International Orders, your package will be send via USPS International Priority Mail. It should arrive to you within 2-4 weeks.

Shipping Policy

Shipping Time -- All orders are shipped within 2-3 business days from when the order is received provided the product ordered is in stock.

Out-of-Stock Products

Usually, products ship within 2-3 business days, or by the next business day if your order is received after this time and for orders received on Saturday, Sunday or any major holiday. However, there may be times when the product you have ordered is out-of-stock which will delay fulfilling your order. We will keep you informed of any products that you have ordered that are out-of-stock and unavailable for immediate shipment. You may cancel your order at any time prior to shipping.

JulieLohre.com shall automatically charge and withhold the applicable sales tax for orders to be delivered to addresses within the same state. For orders shipped to other states, you are solely responsible for all sales taxes or other taxes.

Return Policy

Unused / Unopened products may be returned within 30 days of purchase. All items must be in new condition and unopened. DVD's are non refundable but are available for replacement should a defect be encountered. DVD must be returned by sender in new condition and will receive a replacement at no cost. Customer is responsible for shipping cost of returning items.

Typographical Errors

In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price due to typographical error or error in pricing information received from our suppliers, JulieLohre.com shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. JulieLohre.com shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, JulieLohre.com shall immediately issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price
