  LOVE this training log! There's a place to daily log your food, workouts and supplements. It's Especially nice during preps to keep you accountable, and nice to be able to go back and look at what you did for previous shows. In fact, I need to buy a new one ASAP! ;)

Fitbody Training and Nutrition Log
  I bought Julie's training and nutrition log and found it to be the best training log I have ever used. She left nothing out, you can track training progress, diet, there are nutrition facts listed in the back to keep calories in line. I rely heavily on this tool in order to track my progress and be successful.
