Julie! I found the DVD very, very helpful. We have an adjustable cable
weight system, treadmill + stationary bike in our basement. My husband
works out regularly....I have not. I have made a commitment to myself
that at 42, it is time to get serious about my health. That being said, I
obviously am a novice + found your video extremely helpful, showing me
the proper forms. I did day 1 of the bikini athlete training program,
repeated each circuit 2 times + I feel GREAT this morning!
